Two stars because he was decent at the start. The washing machine broke (eventually found out it was due to a hole that'd been in the internal pipe for years) and when asked to fix it he would start screaming down the phone and getting really insulting. Had to go to citizen's advise etc but eventually he did replace it after demanding we replace it (although the contract state he would be responsible) and him doing everything he could to avoid it. Lots of other temper issues and also tried to clean loads of deductions on the deposit when we left but they protection company ruled in out favour.
